These terms govern your use of AI-EOS. By creating an account or signing a pilot/subscription agreement, you agree to them.
AI-EOS is an AI Sales Employee platform that engages your real-estate leads over WhatsApp and other channels, qualifies them, answers questions grounded in the project data you provide, and reports on performance.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the project and company information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for your team's use of the platform.
You agree not to use AI-EOS to send unsolicited bulk messages, contact anyone on a do-not-contact list, misrepresent your project's RERA status or other legal facts, or otherwise violate applicable law, including India's telemarketing and data protection regulations.
Pricing for your pilot or subscription is as set out in your order form or pilot agreement. Fees are due as specified there; see our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.
Replies are generated by an AI system grounded in the data you provide. While we work to keep responses accurate, you remain responsible for reviewing your project data (pricing, RERA numbers, possession dates) for correctness, since the AI answers from what it's given.
AI-EOS is a sales tool, not a guarantee of leads, meetings, or sales. Results depend on your lead quality, project fit, and market conditions.
AI-EOS and its underlying technology remain our property. Your project data, leads, and conversation records remain yours.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of AI-EOS is limited to the fees you've paid in the preceding 3 months.
Either party may terminate as set out in your pilot or subscription agreement. We may suspend access for material breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Pune, Maharashtra having jurisdiction.
We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be communicated to active customers.
