The pilot fee covers a full 30-day pilot: onboarding, configuration, and live use of your AI Sales Employee on real leads. Because the service is delivered as the pilot runs, the pilot fee itself is not refundable once onboarding has started.
If you choose to continue to a Starter, Growth, or Enterprise plan within 15 days of your pilot ending, the full ₹25,000 is credited against your first invoice — you effectively pay nothing extra to convert.
You may cancel a monthly plan at any time, effective at the end of the current billing month. We don't offer partial-month refunds for early cancellation.
Annual plans are billed upfront at the discounted annual rate. Cancellation terms and any pro-rata arrangement for annual plans are set out in your specific order form or agreement.
If you believe you've been charged in error, contact us within 30 days and we'll investigate and correct it promptly.
