AI-EOS ("we", "us") provides an AI Sales Employee platform for real-estate brokerages and developers. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what rights you and your leads have over it.
Lead and project data is used exclusively to power your AI Sales Employee — generating replies, scoring leads, and producing your analytics and ROI reporting. We do not use your leads' data to train models, and we do not sell it to any third party.
To generate conversational replies, the text of a lead's message and relevant project context is sent to our AI language model provider (OpenRouter) for processing. No lead data is sent anywhere else. Our WhatsApp connectivity is self-hosted — messages are not routed through a third-party WhatsApp API provider beyond Meta's own network.
Every customer's data is stored in a separate, isolated tenant. Leads, conversations, and settings belonging to one customer are never visible to another.
Data is stored on infrastructure located in India, encrypted in transit (TLS). We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it, and back up data daily.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account or end a pilot without converting, you may request deletion of your data by writing to us — we will action it manually within a reasonable period.
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you and your leads have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data we hold. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated to active customers directly.
